Konak Kondir is designed as a service and recreation complex and it consists of three independent parts:

• accommodation – reception, rooms and apartments.
• recreation – pool, bar and garden.
• utility of the (ethno-café, restaurant, summer garden and conference hall)

Its form makes the property unique environment as a guest living quarters and recreational and visitors to restaurants and cafes.

Transparency and communication between all parts of the complex make it very flexible control it contains.

The inn has 3 apartments and 11 rooms – 42 beds and 9 extra beds. The suites and rooms are equipped with TV, mini bar, clothes closet, night table and lamps. Each room has a bathroom and a balcony and meets all requirements of the above average standards for tourists.

Konak Kondir has a modern equipped restaurant in beautiful setting which has 100 seats and a terrace with 80 seats. A large bar set in the restaurant makes for a complete experience where a large selection of domestic and foreign drinks are on sight. In the evenings warm sounds of the piano can be heard playing classics and modern hits spreading positive energy, taking you breath away and making an unforgetable atmosphere.

Taught by experience we distingnish ourselves in well organizing gala lunches and seat up to 100 people.

The inn has an open swimming pool (size 10 x 20m and 1.40m to 1.80m deep). The pool is filled with mineral water from our own borehole which is at a temperature of 25 degrees. The pool has its own deck chairs, parasols and showers which are available to guests at any time, as well as a bar where you can order all kinds of domestic and internacional drinks.

The ethno cafe is built and designed in a style than reflects a unique historical period of different cultures and is the central meeting place of all the inn guests. It is while drinking homemade brandy and cooked wine that you can hear different stories about the existence of the spa it self, water, stories about the lake lokated beneath the surface of this place.
