Mionica (8km), a small town. There is a church of Christ` s Ascension, built in 1856 and especially kown after its ikons of “ Valjevo painting school” (Hadzi Ruvim, Petar Nikolajevic Moler, etc.) from the late eighteenth and the early nineteenth century.

As a cultural historical monument it is under the country`s protection. It is interesting to say that the church steeple served as a lookout for Zivojin Misic during the Kolubara battle in the 1914 war.

The stone bridge of Zivojin Misic (named in his memory) was built over the river Ribnica. Beside its architectural it is of historical importance, too. During the battle of Kolubara, the renowned leader stopped the First Serbian Army in retreat and restored the soldiers` fighting moral and brought them back to the fields.
